  • Adult to Child Ratio: For every 10 children (ages 5-12) there must be two adults. For every 2 children under the age of 5 years old, there must be 2 adults.
  • Birthday parties take place within our Living Sea room. The birthday area is sectioned off from other guests but is not a private room and is open to the public during birthday parties.
  • Seating for dolphin and sea lions shows is not guaranteed and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis in coordination with general park attendance.
  • Birthday party may arrive and depart at the time of their choosing. The park opens at 9am and closes at 4:30pm. Consult the current show schedule to coordinate arrival and departure time so that your party is able to view both the dolphin and sea lion show during your day at the park.
  • Available options for the Living Sea room are 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Times are strictly enforced to allow for adequate clean-up and set-up time. If party is late upon arrival, Living Sea room time will not be extended.
  • Guest will need to select meal/snack options at least 48 hours prior to party date.
  • For the safety of the animals, no piñatas, confetti or balloons allowed.
  • Goody bags will be available upon departure if purchased.
  • $50 + tax non-refundable deposit required at the time of reservation to hold the party date.
  • Full payment is required at least 24 hours prior to the party date.

Yes. All outside food must remain in the Party Space and be finger foods (i.e. pizza, sandwiches/subs, veggie/fruit trays, etc.), as utensils are not permitted for animal safety. An ice cream cake can also be purchased ahead of time with your package. No outside beverages are allowed.

If you’re expecting to have a larger guest count for your birthday party, we recommend asking our event coordinators about an after-hours birthday party instead! Hosting your event after-hours allows for larger groups and a more private setting.

Yes! There are no restrictions on who can attend your party. Parties are limited to 30 guests, including the guest of honor. Each guest after 10 is $28/person. After-hours birthday parties have significantly more flexibility with guest count.
