Day-Of Coordinator & Decoration Team – Ceremony ONLY $500 This package is perfect for someone who has all of the details planned out but wants to fully enjoy the ceremony. Sometimes it’s worth it to just sit back and Seas the Day! “Seas the Day!” Coordination Package includes: An Initial Consultation (1 hr) two weeks prior to event date:
  • Discussion of Ceremony Expectations
  • Vendor Information
  • Creation of Ceremony Timeline.
Coordinator will organize and direct the ceremony rehearsal:
  • Usually scheduled 1 day prior to event date (dependent on venue schedule)
  • Coordination and confirmation with vendors, booked by client, for delivery and setup times
Timekeeper: making sure everyone is in the correct spot at the correct time
  • Queuing of bridal party / VIPs
  • Responsible for Setup and breakdown:
  • Tables and chairs
  • Personal ceremony décor
  • Store personal décor for client 1 day prior to event
BONUS: Use of “Event Day Emergency Kit” Additional services must be booked and paid-in-full at least 2 weeks prior to event date. Full refund, minus deposit, is available until 30 days prior to event, at which time, if booked, all services are nonrefundable.
Day-Of Coordinator – Reception Only $2,000 Want to make a big splash at your party or rehearsal dinner without the weight and pressure of the night? Then this package is for you. The “Make A Splash!” Coordination Package Includes: Consultation:
  • A coordinator at your disposal beginning one-month prior to your event date
  • 2 in-person or phone planning meetings which will incorporate: the turn-over of event information (i.e. color palettes, idea boards, layout ideas, etc.) and discussion of event day expectations.
Layout: Custom reception layouts to meet specifics of the event. Timeline: Comprehensive event itinerary – sent to all vendors, party members and VIP guests. Q&A:
  • Be available for any questions from vendors, guests, clients, etc.
  • Day-Of: Present the entirety of the event
Decorations & Linens:
  • Use of all Gulfarium decorations (i.e. centerpieces, arch, signs, etc.).
  • The Dream Team will setup all decorations as well as take them down.
  • Custom linen package included.
On-site Event Management:
  • Oversee the event site setup.
  • Make sure that the event is decorated according to what was previously discussed/ requested.
Timekeeper: Keep the event on time and maintain the timeline Problem Fixer: Take care of any problems that arise during the event and work to fix them to the best of our ability. BONUS: Use of “Event Day Emergency Kit Additional services must be booked and paid-in-full at least 2 weeks prior to event date. Day-Of Coordinator – Ceremony & Reception $1,500 Want to fully Dive Into what the day holds without the responsibility and distractions of the event? Then this package is for you. The “Diving In!” Coordination Package Includes: Consultation:
  • A coordinator at your disposal beginning one-month prior to your event date
  • 2 in-person or phone planning meetings which will incorporate: The turn-over of event information (i.e. color palettes, invoices, contracts, layout ideas, etc.) & discussion of wedding day expectations.
Layout: Custom ceremony and reception layouts to meet specifics of event Decorations:
  • Our Coordinator will make sure that the event is decorated according to what was previously discussed/requested – Decorations provided by client (Additional cost for elaborate décor)
  • Store personal décor for client 1 day prior to event
  • Additional cost for breakdown and packaging of personal décor ($200) – Waived if décor is being donated to Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park

Day-Of Coordinator – Ceremony and/or Reception $3,000 “Its A Shore Thing” is the perfect package for anyone who is wanting all details of their event to be taken care of… from decorations and linens to timelines and bussing of tables. This package includes everything that is in our “Diving In!” package PLUS the following… Consultation:
  • A coordinator at your disposal beginning two-months prior to your event date
  • 3 in-person or phone planning meetings which will incorporate: Design consultation – provide stylist input on suggestions for wedding décor, favors, gifts, and welcome bags based on the overall wedding desired theme.
Decorations & Linens:
  • Use of all Gulfarium decorations (i.e. Centerpieces, aisle markers, signs, etc.)
  • The Dream Team will setup all decorations as well as take them down
  • Custom linen package included.
  • Vendor Liaison
  • Beginning the week of the event, confirm & communicate with all vendors booked by client – Caterers, food managers, DJs, decorators, MC, photographer, etc.
  • Ensure time of arrival and/or deliveries, as well as setup location
Timekeeper:
  • Cue guest(s) of honor & family for special moments including cake cutting, speeches, toasts & dancing
  • Day-Of: Present the entirety of the event
Additional Services (choose up to four):
  • Chafing Warmers & Dish Sets with Placement:
  • Chafing dish wire racks, disposable metal pans and 6hr heating elements
  • Plates – Heavy duty white plastic with silver trim: 1 dinner plate (10.25in) & 1 dessert/appetizer plate (7.5in) per guest.
  • Silver plastic utensils – 1 fork, 1 spoon, & 1 knife per guest.
  • Upcharge for biodegradable plates and utensils.
Food Attendant / Full Food Service Staffing:
  • Setup of food delivered by caterer
  • Restock/refresh throughout the night
  • Servers for food line (serving utensils provided by Gulfarium)
  • Bussing service for tables
  • Pack up of leftovers (to-go containers provided by Gulfarium)
Bar Attendant (1-2 depending on size of event): Staffing to pour drinks throughout the reception time Cake Cutting & Plating:
  • Provided: 6.25” clear plastic dessert plates and plastic forks
  • Champagne Toast
  • Champagne poured by the glass
  • Platic champagne flutes provided
End of Night Takedown & Packout:
  • Gathering of all personal décor, gifts & cards, food and placed in the lobby
  • Cards will be counted and placed into a sealed envelope to ensure that they are taken care of
